Shipping policy

Shipping Rates

New Zealand:

  • FREE shipping on orders over $85 (standard delivery)
  • $8 flat rate for standard delivery on orders under $85
  • $10 flat rate for rural delivery on orders under $85
  • Rural surcharge of $6.20 applies to orders over $85 to rural addresses

Australia:

  • $15 flat rate shipping on all orders

Delivery Timeframes

  • New Zealand: 3-5 business days
  • Australia: 7-10 business days

Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of dispatch. Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days.

Shipping Carrier

We ship all orders via NZ Post.

Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your delivery.

Rural Delivery

Rural addresses in New Zealand may incur additional delivery time and are subject to a rural surcharge as outlined above.
